Symphonium Audio Is Proud to Offer Complimentary Express Shipping w/Any Purchase of an Earphone or Player Bundle to Most Countries*

*Orders below this will be shipped with Express or Tracked Shipping depending on country at a minimal cost. Please refer to checkout page for clarification. Reach out to us if you cannot find your country there! 

South American/Middle Eastern Countries:
Symphonium Audio Is Proud to Offer Complimentary Flat Rate Tracked Shipping Above $899USD. Express Shipping Is Also Available for an Addition Fee.

Hong Kong:
Due to distributor agreements, we are unable to ship earphones to Hong Kong at the moment. However, if you are from Hong Kong and you'd like to purchase spare cables or extra accessories you can drop us a message for a custom order. 

All customers will receive a tracking number for each shipment which will allow them to track their package from the moment it leaves our lab to their doorstep.

All packages require a signature upon delivery. Symphonium Audio works with leading logistics and postal companies such as FedEx, DHL and SingaporePost in order to deliver our products to our customers.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2-6 working days for Express,  5-16 working days for Standard Tracked Delivery. 

If you have a preferred method of shipment that you would like used, do not hesitate to contact us! We will try our best but cannot guarantee that a specific shipping method will be available for your country. 


Shipping Terms and Conditions: 

Symphonium Audio will never declare a different package value for our shipments. Packages may be taxed based on local tax laws depending on country.

All orders and shipments are not inclusive of import tax, any of which are the responsibility of the customer to check prior to purchase.

All prices on our website do not include tax.
Tax may be be changed by your local customs and will be the responsibility of the customer to verify with their local authorities and pay for. 

In the event that a customer is unwilling to pay their customs tax and related fees, the package will be returned to us by the postal service. Any shipping costs incurred in this event will be on the burden of the customer. If the customer received free shipping in their order, the shipping cost for both trips will be deducted from their order refund amount. This refund will fall under our 'Unopened Box' return policy which will also be subjected to a 10% cancellation fee on top of any relevant shipping costs. 

We do not ship any packages to A/F/PO Boxes, Forwarding Addresses and Forwarding Companies.

Orders with exceptional circumstances (eg: significant order amounts) will be clarified before being accepted. These orders may require additional shipping and handling surcharges based on physical weight or volumetric weight - whichever is higher. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
