Warranty Information:

Universal-Fit:
Symphonium Audio offers a one-year limited warranty on the Universal-Fit models.

Symphonium Audio warrants our Universal-Fit models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship on either external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of delivery (when purchased from an authorized dealer/retailer). Symphonium Audio will replace or repair Universal-Fit models that are within warranty. 

Cables:
Symphonium Audio offers a 90-day limited warranty on all cables, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the date of delivery. Symphonium Audio will replace or repair all cables within warranty.

Bundles:
All Bundle Products on the Symphonium Audio Webstore (symphoniumaudio.com) are purchased from an authorized dealer and are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty from the date of shipment. Symphonium Audio will facilitate any warranty claims for these bundle products. 

B-Stock/Open-Box Universal-Fit:
Symphonium Audio warrants B-Stock/Open-Box Universal-Fit models; purchased from the Symphonium Audio Webstore (symphoniumaudio.com) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (not including cosmetic defects such as minor scratches, blemishes or logo imperfections) for a period of 6 Months from the date of delivery. Symphonium Audio will replace or repair these Universal-Fit models within warranty.

DOA Gurantee:
Symphonium Audio's Universal-Fit Models and Cables purchased from the Symphonium Audio Webstore (symphoniumaudio.com) are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival. Any DOA found within 3 days of delivery will be replaced by Symphonium Audio. Symphonium Audio will also cover return shipping (only via normal tracked post) for these DOA products. 

Service and Repairs:
Symphonium Audio warrants all repairs for a period of 90-days and is limited to only the repair work that was performed.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Symphonium Audio for all service and repairs. Symphonium covers the cost of shipping back to the customer only for products that receive in-warranty service.

Warranty does not cover the following:

Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair by an unauthorized 3rd party or person.

Damage cause by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company.

Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.

By ordering from us, you agree to the following terms:

If you claim a product is defective, we reserve the right to test it. If we cannot find or replicate the defect, we will treat the return like a standard return, which may include fees.

Warranty Registration:

Purchases made through external sale channels (retailers/distributors) outside of the Symphonium Webshop (symphoniumaudio.com) may register their warranty here
