Servicing and Repairs
Symphonium Audio Servicing/Repair Fees:
Below are the estimated costs, these are meant to be used as a guideline and may change on a case-by-case basis depending on the type and extent of damage.
- Base Fee, Includes Cleaning, Testing, Any Non-Invasive Repair - $100
- Full/Partial Rebuild - $200 to $400
- Express Shipping - $25
All repairs come with a 90-day limited warranty

We will access your IEM on a case-by-case basis and provide you with a quote.
In the case of most sound issues, we will require the IEM on hand for further testing before giving a full repair quotation.
In the event that we are unable to repair your IEMs OR in the event that the customer does not want to go through with the repairs, the customer may have their IEMs sent back to them for a flat rate of $25.
We are unable to repair water damage and/or heavy physical damage. These are considered a total loss. If only one side is totally lost, we may be able to provide a replacement side (subject to part availability, at the cost of the customer), please contact us for details.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Symphonium Audio for all service and repairs.

Symphonium Audio are committed to the enduring performance of our audio products as well as environmental sustainability. We guarantee that we will support repairs of our universal-fit models for a period of 2 years after the product has been discontinued. This means our customers can buy our products with confidence and be assured that we have the ability to service and repair the product for years to come.
