Symphonium Audio is proud to offer free worldwide shipping with any earphone purchase*. We have partnered with DHL to fufill our shipping needs.

All customers will receive a tracking number for each shipment which will allow them to track their package from the moment it leaves our factory to their doorstep. All packages requires a signature upon delivery.

If you have a preferred method of shipment that you would like used, do not hesitate to contact us!

Do note that we will never declare a different package value for our shipments. Packages may be taxed based on local tax laws.

All orders and shipments are not inclusive of tax, are the responsibility of the customer.
